I don’t know about audios that don’t include music, but if it does have copyrighted music in it, it’s not allowed to be up on the portal. (Some scrape by for other reasons, usually related to parody, but most cases don’t apply to that.) Thankfully Tom is aware of the situation of people wanting to use songs for memes, and has at least once asked the musicians of NG to make soundalikes that animators would then be allowed to use.
Oh!! Well, the audios I wanted to use were just funny comedy bits by a TikToker, but if its the music that's off the table then I guess I'm good??
